3LK self-performs Carpentry, Painting and General Labor services. We are unionized and have decades of experience in the building trades. We self-perform the vast majority of the work we are awarded. This gives 3LK the unique advantage of being a sole source entity for the majority of our customer’s needs. As your construction manager, we use our team approach to integrate the design and construction phases of your project. Early coordination also helps minimize the possibility of costly changes once construction begins.
3LK Construction is in the community for the long-term and we can therefore never risk not satisfying a client. Closeout is a critical component of this satisfaction. To achieve this, our teams continuously manage punchlists. We also have enhanced Operation & Maintenance Manuals and Training Videos to ensure a smooth turnover and aid in maintaining systems after the maintenance agreement is complete.
